This was one story that Dear told me.

There was a Father &a Son.
They lived together &in their house there was a fence.
The Father told the Son,
If you ever got angry, hammer a nail into the fence.
&the Son did what he was told.
As time gone by, the Son ran to the Father &said,
Father I had hammered all the nails into the fence.
&that he have grown not to get angry so easily.
The Father then told the Son to remove all the nails.
There were many holes on the fence..
Whenever you get angry, there's always a scar left in your heart.
